Marinated pork loin kebab

Pork loin marinated in an Indian / Greek fusion marinade, served in a naan bread with salad and mint yogurt sauce

Marinated pork

  • 400 gram pork loin 1/2 inch cubes
  • 2 tsp fresh garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 3 cloves garlic grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp extra hot chilli powder
  • 1 pod komodo dragon chilli finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp natural Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  1. Combine all of the marinade ingredients in a bowl, stir to mix

  2. Add the pork loin cubes and mix well 

  3. Cover the bowl and allow to marinade for at least an hour, preferably over night

  4. Pat pork dry and grill for 10 - 15 mins until cooked through and charred, turning a few times through cooking
